Constitution and Bylaws

Purdue Student Government is governed by the following Constitution and Bylaws. While these are the active governing documents approved by the Student Activities and Organizations office (SAO), the 2025-2026 legislature is in the process of updating both the Constitution and Bylaws.

Elections Rules

Purdue Student Government Elections are governed by the following Election Rules. Expected to be voted on 1/21, these rules are currently a draft. Following passage by the Purdue Student Government Senate, they will be posted on the Elections Boilerlink page.
